Rediscover the joy of movement, adventure, and deep relaxation in one of the most breathtaking corners of North Wales! Nestled in the serene embrace of Trigonos (Eryri), with private grounds, a tranquil lake, and stunning views of the Nantlle Ridge, this weekend is all about stepping away from the daily grind and embracing fun.
This all-inclusive retreat is perfect for those juggling stressful jobs, caregiving, or the relentless demands of modern life. It’s about reclaiming your energy, finding your fun, and saying yes to self-care.
Life moves fast—but you don’t have to. Here’s why this weekend is exactly what you need:
And put yourself first, consider this your invitation.
This retreat is for women who feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or overstimulated by life’s demands and struggle to carve out time for themselves. It’s a space to rediscover confidence, self-kindness, and inner peace while forging meaningful connections with nature, your body, and like-minded women.
A Breath of Fresh Air:
Immerse yourself in nature—whether it’s a quiet moment by or in the lake, a spot of reading in the library or simply soaking in the beauty of Trigonos’ private grounds.
Optional SUP Yoga:
and wild swimming! Feeling adventurous? Bring your paddleboard for a serene guided session on the water. Never tried it? SUP yoga is a fun, gentle way to challenge your balance while connecting with nature.
Time to Truly Pause:
This isn’t about cramming your schedule. It’s about creating space to reflect, rest, and remember what it feels like to breathe deeply again.
Nope! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, you’ll feel right at home.
Yogalates combines yoga and Pilates and builds strength in the joints and tissues. Perfect for those wanting to ward off osteoporosis and other age-related conditions. It uses a mixture of resistance bands, and light hand-weights and focuses on stability and strength.
There is some equipment available to hire so ask me before booking.
There’s no pressure or requirement to get involved in the SUP yoga and paddle session as there are plenty of other things to do.
Absolutely! Many women come solo and leave with lifelong friends. This is a space where connections happen naturally.
There are 2 single rooms and 3 shared rooms (women only).
You will be sent a packing list but generally comfy clothes for yoga, swimwear (for SUP yoga or a wild dip), a yoga mat, and anything that makes you feel cosy—like your favourite blanket or journal.
The food at Triginos is amazing (personally tried and tested) and is plant-based and vegetarian.
They can cater to any dietary requirements and this will be taken care of before you arrive on retreat.
It is a women-only retreat due to the sleeping arrangements, however couples are allowed if you’re sharing a room or are booking with a friend and happy to share.
Having personally stayed here myself, I was impressed with the hospitality, private surroundings, amazing food and the amount of space there is on offer.
We have special permission to use the private lake for SUP yoga too and it has easy access on and off the lake.
It’s close to some of my faovourite spots such as Llyn Dinas and Beddgelert, and is peaceful part of Eryri.
There are elements of meditation. There are some very scenic spaces to practice your meditation skills such as the woods of the lake sure. There’s a chance to try a Yoga Nidra which is the perfect beginner and all-ability-friendly type of meditation which is known for encouraging you to sleep better!
YES! I’ll be swimming at various points throughout the weekend but please note they aren’t guided sessions and you do so at your own risk and are advised to bring a tow float.
