Yoga retreats create a beautiful sense of space in your mind and body, but that feeling can fade once you’re back in everyday life. With my annual Slow Living Yoga Retreats, you’ll not only find relaxation but also learn practical skills to help you maintain that good feeling long after the retreat ends.
Mindfulness helps you stay present and engage your senses, reducing stress and enhancing well-being. Join us in the beautiful hills of North Wales for a weekend retreat focused on the vibrant autumn season, where you’ll connect with nature and your inner landscape through immersive activities.
You might sense there’s a problem but feel unsure how to address it. A coaching circle can help you gain awareness, clarity and discover simple yet powerful techniques to move past feeling stuck, burnt out, and overwhelmed.
I’ll be taking a break on weekend retreats till 2027.
A slow living coaching retreat is an immersive experience designed to help you embrace mindfulness and presence. Set in natural surroundings, these retreats encourage you to connect with nature while engaging in holistic activities like yoga, meditation, and creative workshops. You’ll join a supportive female community, sharing experiences and insights as you learn simple yet powerful techniques for living a slower, more fulfilling life. It’s your chance to recharge, reflect, and cultivate a lifestyle that prioritises well-being over the daily rush.
In a world that often glorifies speed and productivity, embracing your own slower life is a powerful act of self-care.
It’s about creating a lifestyle that resonates with your values, brings you joy, and allows you to savor each moment. Ultimately, finding your rhythm helps you live life more fully and authentically.
Embrace the feeling of letting go of old habits, thoughts and patterns and enjoy ample amounts of space to carve out a new nourishing path beside a cosy log burners, campfires & wood fired saunas with gentle hatha yoga, Yogalates, SUP yoga, nature based mindfulness and yoga nidra.,
You’ll have the opportunity to have your own private room, or share with another woman.
We’ve paddle boarded on the Llangollen Canal, wild swam in the majestic River Dee and Llyn Tegid, walked up the ancient Caer Drewyn, meditated on the surrounding hills and enjoyed yoga classes in the great outdoors, learned to draw mandalas, and paint plants, foraged and even made herbal teas and chest balms.
All retreats include 2/3 delicious meals, and snacks which can be buffets, sit-down dinners, or picnics, depending on the vibe! It’s all about savouring the experience and enjoying good food in good company.
