What happens on a retreat?

Every retreat is different but usually there will be a program of things to do throughout the day at your own pace.  During a Loving Life in Wellies retreat, start your morning off with some gentle yoga and meditation, followed by a hearty breakfast,  some free time to explore, light lunch, an organised activity, more free time, an evening meal followed by some more chill time and Nidra (a deep relaxing form of yoga) and finally bed! Although you are welcome to sleep all day should you wish…

Can I come alone?

It’s pretty typical to come on a retreat solo as it’s designed for some much needed YOU time. That said you are welcome to bring a friend or family member if you feel they could benefit from a slower pace of living.

Is it women only?

You are welcome to bring a male partner providing you book the double room. Otherwise, due to sleeping arrangements, this is open to females only.

How do I book the the water activity?

At the time of booking, please let us know which water activity you would like to do and we’ll provide pricing information and pass over the details so you can book. We don’t have anything to do with this due to insurance purposes.

I don't like water and I'm not that flexile for yoga can I still come?

Llyn Tegid is a wonderful lake with mountain views, a diverse wildlife population and it’s the perfect place to walk around for the views!  In terms of yoga capabilities, flexibility isn’t the ultimate goal of the practice. All sessions are designed for complete beginners and can be adapted for chair use too.  All mats, straps and blocks are included to ensure you get the best beginner friendly experience possible.

What's included & is there a payment plan available?
