Creating Space

Getting Outside

I began as a freelancer in the digital sector in my late teens where I lived in Manchester.  The noise & pace quickly got too much & my health suffered. Some years later, I jumped at a serendipitous chance to move to rural North Wales.  I continue to freelance and I use the outdoors as a way of keeping myself replenished. I love walking & stand-up paddle-boarding with my Labrador!

I’m a student of living in the slow lane, engaging in micro-moments of mindfulness, contemplation & experiencing life one bite at a time.  Celebrating the smallest of seasonal pleasures & living more of my joy on a daily basis through mindfulness.
